- Providence, Rhode Island, Autism Society of America national conference. Julie is organizing and moderating:"Speaking for Ourselves Panel: Individuals on the Autism Spectrum tell their stories." and presenting "Can't or won't and how to help"
- August 8 & 9
- Keynote: "Going the Distance: A marathon, not a sprint" "Just leave me alone: Strategies to deal with Bullying" With Jean-Paul Bovee, Autism Institute, Ohio Center for Autism and Low Incidence.
- September 29
- Strategies to support individuals with High-Functioning Autism / Aspergers, one day workshop Quincy, Illinois.
- October 20 & 21
- Personal Perspectives Track:Organizing panels of individuals with autism at the MAAP Conference, Indianapolis.
- Julie will be working part time as an autism consultant for Columbia Public Schools for the 2006-2007 School year. She is contracted to provide support to students with autism in Jefferson City, Fulton, Eldon, South Callaway, Hannibal and Kirksville, Missouri schools. She will be teaching classes for the University of Missouri-Columbia and Columbia College. Dr. Donnelly is available to consult, train or present during any uncommitted times.
